Participant Requirements

Release of Claims & Disclaimers

By participating, you agree to release and hold harmless Revive Exteriors, its SMS vendor, participating wireless carriers, and their respective employees, agents, successors, and representatives (the “Released Parties”) from any and all liability, loss, harm, or damage related to your use of the Service.

This includes (but is not limited to):

• Claims based on privacy violations, defamation, or infringement of rights,

• Personal injury, property damage, or costs associated with service use,

• Errors in promotional materials, transmission failures, or technical malfunctions beyond Revive Exteriors’ control.

No Warranties: The Service is provided “as-is.” Revive Exteriors and the Released Parties make no warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Limitations of Liability

The Released Parties are not responsible for, and disclaim liability related to:

• Technical, hardware, software, or network malfunctions,

• Lost, delayed, incomplete, or misdirected transmissions,

• Unauthorized access or human errors,

• Damage to your device arising from participation.
